We are looking to fill multiple openings for both part time and full time for customer service positions in our locations throughout Grand Rapids and Lowell
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Provide world class customer service by building quality relationships with customers and following up on all customer requests and concerns in a timely manner
- Informing and selling customers on Curtis Cleaners products and services
- Retrieve customer orders
- Operate computer and POS charge system while maintaining the upkeep of store appearance.
- You should be organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks with meticulous care to detail.
We offer paid training to start and no experience is required but the willingness to learn is expected.
We are looking to hire a friendly, dependable and reliable Route Sales Driver for Grand Rapids and Lowell route areas. Sales experience preferred, not required.
Responsibilities include:
- Pickup and deliver customer orders with efficiency and accuracy
- Record deliveries and billing information
- Solicit new customer accounts (bonuses)
- Friendly personality and provide world class customer service to our customers
- Maintain delivery vehicle
Job Specifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean Driving Record
- Able to keep accurate records
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Able to walk up and down stairs
- Have familiarity with route service area
Production Worker (Grand Rapids and Lowell locations)
We are looking to hire production workers for our drycleaning and laundry plant as Shirt & Pant Pressers.
Responsibilities include:
- Pressing shirts and other garments in a production environment.
- Must be detailed oriented, have the ability to following directions and a good work ethic.
- Quality Inspection of garment
- Keep work area clean
